H.B. Pasley is the founder of Growth Advocate®, bringing over 40 years of leadership and business coaching expertise to help service-based businesses thrive. Before founding Growth Advocate®, H.B. led Blue Renaissance Creative Group, a nonprofit that reached global audiences through creative arts, honing his skills in strategic planning and innovation—key for small business success.
He authored Never Drop The Ball Again: A Little Book on How the Ideal Client Experience Will Save Your Business, which debuted at #8 on Amazon’s business books list. This book offers practical strategies for building client loyalty and driving referrals, critical for consultants, coaches, and other service professionals. With his background as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, H.B. now guides business owners in building value and healthy processes in their businesses today.
